I have always opted to use local and community based banks in lieu of huge banking corporations. My experience has been local banks outperform customer service compared to large banking corporations. MainStreet Bank is no exception and gets an A+ on customer service. It is the only bank that will send a customer representative to your home to open up an account.

Additionally, when I had trouble setting up my online account, I contacted a customer representative. The problem was resolved in less than 10 minutes unlike huge banking corporations where you are frequently on hold for 10 minutes. Periodically, I am contacted by a customer representative to see if I have any concerns. I highly recommend MainStreet Bank. I don’t think one can find a more customer friendly community based bank.
