Teller/CSR – Fairfax Branch — This position is a combination of a Teller and CSR role. The majority of the time in this role will be spent in the Teller function. Job responsibilities include the following:
- Provides outstanding customer service for all types of customer inquiries and transactions.
- Operates a teller drawer to serve customers.
- Accepts commercial and consumer deposits, verify cash and endorsements, and process transactions in the computer.
- Balances cash drawer daily and follow teller difference policy.
- Complies with all department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.
- Opens and services New Accounts.
- Explains, promotes or sells products or services.
Qualified candidates will have the following must have at least one year of bank teller experience with experience with new accounts preferred. Must possess strong computer skills and the ability to learn and grasp new technology. Must be detail-oriented and possess strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.
