Leah Reitmeier has been with MainStreet Bank since 2019, and she currently holds the position of Payment Systems Compliance Specialist. Leah began her financial career in 2015 with a large FinTech company as a Customer Support Agent. She rapidly advanced to Customer Support Team Lead and ultimately Compliance Team Lead. Her roles allowed her to lead improvement efforts around customer facing and internal processes, and by working for a FinTech company, Leah was quite literally able to put herself in the shoes of MainStreet Bank Payment Systems customers. She is able to understand not only the compliance requirements, but also the pain points for the team’s customers and prospects.
Leah has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biomedical Sciences from the University at Buffalo and is currently working towards her CAMS Certification.
Leah strives to provide an attentive, open and collaborative experience with each and every customer and prospect. The Payment Systems Team is passionate about reaching those that have not found a willing or able banking partner. Leah is equally dedicated to working towards bridging the gap between financial institutions and FinTech companies as a whole.
