Dan Miner has been leading our Payment Systems Program since 2016 and currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Director of Payment Systems. Dan works closely with the CEO, President, and COO to manage and implement the MainStreet’s Payments vertical. Dan is also a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP).
 
Dan brings 30 years of experience in the payments industry. He began his career at Northern Trust Bank in Chicago. In his twelve years at Northern Trust, he managed ACH operations, served as a treasury management consultant for fortune 500 companies, and was product manager for ACH, EDI, wire transfer, merchant services and corporate card issuing. He was group manager for product development at Paymentech Merchant Services.
 
In 2004, Dan was hired by National Automated Clearing House Association to develop and implement NACHA’s ACH risk management program and lead their Electronic Check Council. While at NACHA, he worked with The Clearing House, The Federal Reserve, the FTC and other regulatory agencies to develop, implement, and enforce methods and measures to mitigate risk in the ACH network. He conducted payments risk reviews of large regional financial institutions for a boutique treasury management consulting firm based in Chicago, Treasury Strategies.
