VP, Relationship Manager
Annette Morgan joined MainStreet Bank in 2019 and currently holds the position of Vice President Payment Systems Relationship Manager. Annette has excelled in the industry for over twenty years. She has a passion for knowledge and continually looks for growth opportunities in and around her job functions. Mid 2020, Annette shifted from the VP of Operations and joined the Payments Team to work as their customer liaison. Through the transition, Annette was able to provide exceptional service and support simultaneously to both the Operations and Payment Teams. Prior to MainStreet Bank, Annette worked for another community bank with continually advancing responsibilities.
Annette is a graduate of the Virginia Bankers School of Bank Management. She is a current member of the MACHA Operations Board and is a graduate of Leadership Loudoun. She has several leadership and management certificates from George Mason University and has been affiliated with a number of associations over the years, including Cherry Blossom Breast Cancer Foundation and JHA User Groups.
Annette strives to exceed her customers expectations and create lasting relationships. She prides herself in being extremely organized which promotes success in her current role. When something comes across her desk, she sees it through to the end which is why her customers do not hesitate to call her when they need something. If she doesn’t know the answer, she will find it!
